Members were treated to a night filled with good food, good music and good fellowship with friends at the Masters Champions Dinner on Friday, April 12, 2024.
As always, Chef Luis prepared a fabulous meal featuring ribs, roast beef, chicken wings, lasagne, shrimp & grits and corn on the cob. Plus, an array of tempting treats that included hazelnut filled beignets, lemon bars, french toast tarts and macadamia nut cookies.
Music by Ron Harrell–better know as “The One Man Band,” filled the air–and many took to the dance floor to boogie to their favorites.
“We were so happy to be here,” said Pat Perry. “We had missed most of the other parties because we were gone, but we made a point to be here and I had a wonderful time.” Her husband, Charlie, said he had a great time. “It was really nice and the food was so good. Like John Wayne always said, ‘I’m glad I brung ya’. So I’m glad Pat brung me.’ It was outstanding,” Charlie said.
The evening ended with the perfect view of a beautiful rainbow.
