Annual meeting 2024

Mountain Harbour Property Owners Association Annual Meeting and Dinner

April 27, 2024–Property owners and residents had their minds–and stomachs–filled at the Mountain Harbour Property Owners Association (POA) annual meeting.

President Jorge Azor provided a recap of accomplishments of the Board during this past year, financial status and a look at future goals.

The current board members include: Jorge Azor, president; Perry Mustian, vice president; Ed Hooker, secretary; Betty Applegarth, treasurer (non-voting member), John Walvoord, Allen Horne, Jim Ackerly, and Chuck Bridger. POA members cast their ballot for the election and results will be announced as they become available.

Following the meeting, delicious foods prepared by Chef Luis Gonzalez and served by Food and Beverage Manager Beth Gonzalez,  included charcuterie boards, dips, pulled pork sandwiches, pot stickers, shrimp tempura, salads, and trays of tempting desserts.
